President - Sean Brogdon

As president of The SRS Group, Sean brings over 15 years experience in the telecommunications industry. After serving his country aboard the aircraft carrier USS America, Sean was Manager of Technical Services while at Cambridge Communications. He became Technical Services Technician while at TXU Communications after that firm acquired Cambridge Communications in 1994.

Sean was responsible for customer relations management, technical support, user training and systems integration for both Cambridge Communications and TXU Communications. He is Nortel certified and has first hand experience of programming and installation practices of several other manufacturers’ telephone and communications systems. Sean was responsible for the creation of internal M & P’s (methods and procedures) for the technical support group and is experienced in the LAN / WAN specialty areas. From the cable in the walls to the phones and computers on the desks to the systems that make them all work, Sean is knowledgeable, highly motivated and skilled.

Sean is extremely customer service oriented and develops and maintains a personal relationship with his customers and clients.

Chief Technical Officer - Richard Ewing

As CTO, Richard has an extensive background in systems integration and data communications. While attending Sam Houston State University (BBA), Richard gained experience in Web Page design, network management and technical support while working for the university Computer Services Department. After graduating from Sam Houston State University, Richard was employed by TXU Communications for 5 years. Richard was responsible for product development in the network services field, facilitated the design and installation of custom Wide Area Networks (WAN’s) for many large, geographically separated customers, and developed and implemented training on Wide Area Network technologies for the internal sales force. Richard developed the manuals and curriculum for the sales force training he conducted.

Richard’s strength is his ability to envision how systems can be assembled and integrated in ways that satisfy customer’s needs. He is technically sound and is always looking for ways to solve customer problems and make technology serve his customers and clients. He has a unique ability to analyze a situation and develop unconventional solutions that result in cost savings an increased functionality for his clients. In addition to traditional communications services, Richard is a pioneer with the concept of integrating not only communications service, but home/small business automation systems, advanced internet access and control systems, and security services into bundled products that meet wide range of customer needs. We are excited about the synergy that these diverse products can offer.

Chief Operations Officer – Jeff Rosenkranz

As COO, Jeff Rosenkranz has an extensive background in telecommunication, intercom system, and data/ fiber solutions. Raised in the telecommunication industry, both Jeff’s grandfather, and father retired from SBC. In 2000, Jeff started his own telecommunication and data company in Walker County. After being in business for himself for 5 years, and growing his company to telephone and data solutions for all of Walker County and surrounding areas, he decided to take his knowledge a step further and become part of The SRS Group Inc. Together with Sean and Richey, their goal of a being a solid voice, data, and intercom company for Walker, Montgomery, Harris, and surrounding counties.
